Emma Deuschle

Emma Deuschle is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense. She began her career with the firm as a law clerk and continues to develop her practice in property insurance litigation. 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, she worked as a legal receptionist at a national law firm, where she provided administrative support and assisted with client relations and event coordination. Her background also includes working as a library student assistant, where she helped patrons conduct research and access legal and academic resources. Outside of her legal practice, Emma is an accomplished NHRA drag racing driver, currently racing a 1963 Corvette at speeds reaching 150 miles per hour. 

Emma graduated magna cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and President’s List and served as Vice President of Standards for Kappa Delta Sorority. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Lincoln Memorial University, maintaining a 3.89 grade point average in her graduate program.
